Deposits & Payments

​

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and collection date:
  • £20 for orders over £40
  • £50 for orders over £100
  • Orders under £40 must be paid in full. 

• Once an invoice is sent, payment must be made within 48 hours to confirm your booking. 

• For bespoke cakes, you’ll receive a quote once all details are finalised. An invoice will follow and the deposit must be paid within 48 hours.

• Collection dates can be rescheduled (subject to availability, not guaranteed).

• If your cake includes custom toppers or design elements, changes may not be possible once these have been ordered.

 

*In exceptional circumstances, your deposit may be carried over to a future cake.

Cancellations & Refunds

 

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Bespoke cakes cancelled cancelled within 2 weeks of collection require full payment.

• Cupcake orders can be cancelled up to 1 week before collection (deposit still non-refundable).

• If your order includes pre-ordered custom elements, you will be charged for these even if you cancel.

• Full payment must be made before collection. Orders won’t be released until payment is received.
   

Responsibility & Cake Care

 

• Once collected, responsibility passes to you.

• For celebration cakes a cake care & cutting guide will be provided. I can’t be held responsible for any issues if storage guidelines aren’t followed.

 

Allergies & Dietary Information

 

• My products are made in a home kitchen where allergens like gluten, eggs, milk, and soya are present.

• While some cakes can be made without gluten or dairy, I cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contamination.

Collection Details

 

• You’ll receive collection details during the week of your booking.

• A time will be agreed and once confirmed, changes are subject to availability.

• Once your cake has been collected, responsibility for its care passes to you.
